I was happy I purchased this app. The clouds move by, the grass moves in the wind, and you can hear the sound of crickets and water. Theres also gentle tones that occasionally plays in the background. I wouldnt say its music necessarily, just some nice tones that you hear now and then. It is nice to have playing and if I hook this up to my sound system, it would provide a very comfortable and relaxing backdrop of sounds. I wouldnt even have to look at the visual part and I would be happy with my 99 cent purchase. When you knock on the screen or clap (or make some noise) the fireflies disappear. Not much else happens, and dont expect anything to change when you turn the iPhone to the horizontal position. Still, its a great app.

An excellent app for meditating or escaping for a few. Id give it five stars if the cricket/bug noises were softer or could be disabled. Definitely worth the price!

I feel like Im in a field very peacefully. I had enough with busy games. Beautiful nature sounds & wonderful scenery. Thanks!

I also have others like this with other choices but this is my favorite one by far.. I relax or nap with it. Please just one thing.. Can you make it go into Landscape.. Then I would rate it 5 stars.

I saw a demo for this online before I bought my iPod Touch and it was one of the first apps I downloaded. It is so simple, peaceful and I find that it feeds my imagination. I like to play with it a while before doing any creative writing.

My dog likes it so its ok. 99c for flowing water and crickets to sooth your dog.

Good job devs, I have had this app for a while and discovered today if you blow on the screen it effects the path and speed of the virtual fire flys. Can we please get a few options like the ability to change the color of the fire flys, a light rain shower some thunder and lightning would be nice.

Or two, some variations, options, and the ability not to crash with iOS4!

Needs to be updated. Crashes almost instantly under IOS4!
